"I am a bit disappointed with the service team here, Kayla was great, but Jamie was disappointing to me. He seemed nice when I scheduled with him, had to wait 2 weeks to get in, which is ok. I had to call back a few times about a loaner car, which I appreciated though, the first car had an issue then they got another one, the porter/?? insisted on cleaning the 2nd car, so nice of him and I had to go to an appointment. I have a handicap placard and forgot it in the vehicle and I need it for parking/walking. I called about it that next day, spoke with Jamie and got the run around a little bit. Jamie told me a "not so pleasant lady" had already taken the vehicle that I was in and he did not WANT to call her too much because of her grouchiness, that was on Tuesday, I repeatedly called and Jamie was to call me back, he did not call me back. I had to call again Wednesday, nothing. Jamie told me well our Porters check the vehicles when they are brought in, apparently NOT on this one. I called on Thursday which Jamie stated the lady would get her vehicle to her. Still no call to keep me up to date. Then Friday morning, 8.16.2024, around 9:15am, Jamie calls to tell me he has my placard... smh... I would like to give them a better rating, but the lack of communication to keep me up-to-date, was not good. It was my oversight for leaving it in the car, but again they should have checked to car before the other lady got into it."

They were super helpful and great with our two year old who was running around while we were looking at vehicles and filling out paperwork. They went above and beyond with customer service. They are family friendly, we are so happy with our deal and our new Mazda CX 90. Thank you!"
"Purchasing a new car, numerous cars on the lot and they want to go over msrp. Told salesperson my bottom line and I didn't want to go back and forth...well here comes this paper covered in blue highlighter way above my final negotiation. So we walked to a different Mazda dealer and purchased from them same day with no hassle and got an amazing deal. Come the next day, we get a call from said salesperson after we communicated if we decided to move forward we would contact them, and he ridiculed us about how hard he worked on this deal and so on. My money is my money and especially in this economy, best price wins. If you want a fair and honest price off the bat, this is not your dealership."

"Kayla in the Service Department is great! She's friendly, thorough, and gives you all of the information you need. I really like how the mechanics take a video after they're finished to show you what work they did on your car. It's the first place that's ever done that! The only reason for four stars instead of five is the price. It's the most expensive place that I've taken a vehicle. I suppose with all of the great service you receive, you really do get what you pay for."
