"I don't eat gas station food, but I was visiting georgia; I made an exception for The Jet. I walked in and to my suprise it was cleaner than the majority of restaurants. The food is great as well, and I forgot it came from a gas station. The only downside is that they might run out of what you want to eat, but if you have 5 minutes, I promise they will drop a fresh batch."

"They took my money on 2 separate occasions: FIRST OCCASION: they double charged my card I had pumped $20 worth of gas they charged me$20 and then $20 again back to back A total of $40(so I WAS CHARGED $20 MORE IN GAS THAN WHAT I ACTUALLY GOT...) found out they did that when I received my statement because they only gave me a receipt for one of the charges) they had put someone else's prepaid charge on my pump... had already charged their card as well probably twice if he came in asking about what happened to the gas as well. I only found that out because I went in to get my receipt... the lady who double charged my card even turned to another cashier and said "Hey, that guy that came in who had prepaid for gas on pump 7 and asking where his gas went, yeah you put it on number 9"... obviously he was charged for it on his card cause they handed me his receipt... then they double charged me. 2ND OCCASION: THEY CHARGED ME FOR GAS that was never DESPENSED tonight 05/23/2024. I'm going to the police to file a report-I am not happy. First of all the lady didn't know what to do called the manager on her personal cell phone and what does Ms Robin say again... "You'll need to bring my BANK STATEMENT to get your money back..." I never heard of this in my life both instances they told me I needed to hand over my bank statement to send to some corporate place....something is very off here. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE DO NOT USE YOUR CARD HERE. Also I informed the cashier that she needs to put an out of order sign on pump number 8 so that doesn't end up happening to another customer as well....I came back to see if anything was done to prevent that from happening 30 minutes later NOTHING WAS DONE TO INFORM ANYONE... NO OUT OF ORDER SIGN WAS PLACED- NOTHING... so they must not mind if it happens to someone else then I guess, very irresponsible. This kind of negligence could really hurt someone who is struggling financially. Also I did call corporate, they informed me that a bank statement is NOT NEEDED to get my money back, this confirmed my decision to file a police report, if you are frequenting this gas station you better keep a close eye on every transaction made... the manager said "that's why she personally always prepays and uses cash when she comes here..." so this must be an ongoing problem that is yet to be solved or perhaps it is intentional, beware and go elsewhere for gas."

"The gas pumps just might act like the gas in pumping and still charge your card. If you want your money back, you'll have to send a bank statement to their corporate office in Timbuktu. They double charged my card as well. If you don't catch it, they wont tell you."
