"I don't normally write reviews, but.... I just stopped at the advance auto parts by Ollies to get a code read bc my code reader was not reading the truck. The old guy with the long beard told me I'm the second person today that doesn't know what that light means. He said it means go to a mechanic not advance. I told him he didn't have to help me if he didn't want to because of his attitude. He did help but he must really really hate his job. I mean thats what they do sale parts to do it yourself people. The place is not all bad Carlos is always helpful. That guy needs to find another job."

"I broke down today and ended up on eg miles and the staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable until my son could come help fix my car issues. Carlos the mgr. Never left my sons side and the staff made sure we had the tools available to help us out of our situation. It was very cold but they stuck with us i will be forever grateful to all 3 gentlemen for their concern and assistance. Always happy to find businesses who help their customers in a tough spot. They deserve all thats good."
