"I went there to fix my suv back door which wasn't closing down with the button but they made it worst. Now it doesn't even goes up when I hit the button on the inside. And they didn't say sorry or anything. Just charged me for the oil change and told me they couldn't fix the issue."

THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO WORK ON LUXURY VEHICLES!! came in for a Service B on a Mercedes Benz GLC300 for the first time due to a time crunch for an upcoming travel…Boy did I regret it! they didn’t complete half of the list of what is required for a Service B they literally gave a simple oil change and alignment! could not reset the oil counter because they did not complete the service nor did they top off the fluids! i spoke with Felicia to attempt to resolve the situation and she literally told me ”If you went to Mercedes you easily have paid more soooo” I told her they are the ones that set their prices so because they chose to charge less they are ok with giving horrible service and customer service. I would never recommend this place and I guess this is the reason they are the only ones available on short notice! big regre! took my car to Mercedes Benz and confirmed they didn’t do anything other than oil in it didn’t even change the filter! do NOT go here if budget is an issue I found another reasonable priced place that KNOWS there stuff called Roger’s Automotive in hinesville! they get booked but they are amazing! I wish I could attach the recording because it was disgusting and disappointing!"

"I appreciate doing business with places like this because it shows me who NOT to deal with. I went in to get my car checked out after already testing battery, alt, and starter just for them to lie and say I need a battery and an alt! Then try to charge me almost $2k! Didn’t lift the car up, didn’t do a thorough diagnostic, just lazy mechanics who want to take advantage of hard working people. DO NOT RECOMMEND"
