"Why is the HOA phone turned off? Why is it always so hard to communicate with someone about why our trash is so mishandled? Why do they go long periods without cutting the grass and maintaining the center area? If I’m paying rent somewhere there is no reason why I shouldn’t be able to contact someone directly about issues that NEED to be met. I love this neighborhood for my kids to play safely but the upkeep is trash"
