Waited over 2 hours as apparently another favored customer or friend of employees drove in after me and they stopped working on my vehicle and kept chatting and cutting up with whoever their bestie was. "I went in to get new tires put on my CRV. During the process they broke one of my studs off the hub that holds the nug nuts to the tire. When I ask if they where going to fix it or pay to have it fixed they told me it was not their problem and that I have to have it fixed at my own additional cost at another shop."
