"IF anyone in jesup needs vehicle Work done don’t go to mavis tire first problem I had with them is I called and made appointment for August 11 at 1:00 pm and drove 35 miles to them and come to find out that had no appointment for me so the guy in the office said to come back on Monday 12th and drop the truck off at 11:30 AM I get off work at 6:00 pm and arrive back at there shop at 6:15 to find the truck is still not finished and all that needed to be replaced on my truck was All tie rod ends replaced and center link installed and alignment they took all day and only got tie rod ends on they let me drive truck home that night and they wanted me to bring truck back on the 14 th and they would install the center link and do the alignment truck arrived at there shop at 11:00am and they called me that afternoon and said truck was finished so I paid over the phone and I go to pick truck up to find the new center link laying in my truck so I looked at the receipt to see I have been charged for the install of the center link $149 so I call the next morning he said they didn’t need that part but he never told me that when he called about truck being done now my truck pulls really hard to the right and is eating my tires really bad And another shop looked at my truck and said the tie rod ends were installed on the wrong side of the center link and one of the outer tie rods was cross threaded picture is posted below of tie rod"

"I've been two times first was with my dad was great and quick for my back tire on my passengers side. I went for both front tires and alliment about 2 days ago and it took 3 almost 4 hrs of waiting to get those done I understand stuff takes time but if I knew it would be that long I would've had someone pick my tires up and I'd do it myself or with my dad because when I asked how long it already had been a little over 1 and a half hours and they only just finished putting my tires on and I went to clean my rims today and my rim had been broken and I know for a fact it was not before I got them done. I only got them 3 months ago. They are really nice people and I appreciate them but I'm pretty ticked off about my rim being chipped"
