"After some bad experiences with Advanced Auto in Florida we moved to Jesup Georgia. Without going through a lot of details I had pretty much decided that advanced Auto was not the be all end-all, however the store manager Dustin worked hard to change my mind. We went in with a used truck that we had bought and when their battery tester said that the battery was good we just knew that it wasn't. Dustin came out himself and took our battery out and put a new battery in and as we suspected it was the battery the truck cranked right up! Since the battery in the truck was an advanced auto battery Dustin took care of it without any charge to us. Thank you Dustin for proving to me that even in today's world customer service is important and so is my business."
