Jersey Mike's Subs 153 South 1st Street, Jesup, GA 31545

"Customer service isn't really practiced here! Several issues to cover. Noticed that no employee looked happy or smiled at anyone the entire dining in experience, not even the manager. After taking the order the incomplete sandwich was left sitting on the counter for me to stare at while 4 others after mine got completed. I wasn't told what was going on. I assumed online orders were being made but pissed that nothing was said. Several minutes later the manager grabs mine and finishes putting lettuce and oil on mine. Why couldn't it have been done from start to finish without making me wait? Next issue is price. It wouldn't feel as bad paying $17 for a sandwich if the customer service was actually provided. Did you know they up charge $3.45 if you get gluten free bread? With the most expensive sandwich at $16.95 that brings the cost to over $20 FOR A SANDWICH! Baldino's has better sandwiches for less money and they trained there people to say hi and smile when dealing with customers! Who would have thought. I won't come back to this store. I'm probably not going back to this franchise with the cost of their sandwiches now. This experience has reminded me that there are too many options out there to have to deal with poor customer service and skyrocketing prices. "Second time ordering a Philly with no oil or vinegar added on. Yet for the second time in a row, I am given a bowl of bread soup. The bread is so soggy it literally melts in my hand before I pick it up. Picture added to review. How can you serve this to someone? This is not appetizing! I can’t hold it, let alone eat it. I have never had sandwiches like this from ANY OTHER Jersey Mike’s, except for the one in Jesup. And I can SMELL the dirt on my GRILLED mushrooms. Do you know how unclean the mushrooms are if I can smell the dirt over the grilled steak and veggies. Smh. Absolutely appalling."

"Very high-quality ingredients and bread. Just lacking a little in the customer service department. One of the managers can be a little standoffish with her employees and it shows in their attitudes sometimes (not too often) Maybe not the best location to get in and out of town either. DOT could have done a better job with the entrances off of the highways"

"PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO HAVE COMMON SENSE. I ordered a number #14 (veggie sub) to go and they literal just put cheese and mayo. Unfortunately, my family drove almost an hour away just to go here so it wasn’t like we could go back to get it fixed or even get a refund. But seriously, these subs are expensive and someone should have definitely verified before wrapping an odd order like this up. I don’t know how you go from veggie sub to cheese and mayo only."
