"I love these people! They are always so helpful when you go in. You guys and gals really do make a difference and I'm grateful. Thank you. I highly recommend."
"Service is better here than big box stores but the prices are horrendous! I just bought a small Dewalt router online for $129 because this place was charging exactly $100 more for the same item. What can you buy for $100? A lot!!! How about batteries for the tool. I get they have a tough time competing with Amazon but $100 mark-up is obviously a problem. Only thing places like this are good for is when you need something now and can't wait for shipping."
"Have everything you need and absolutely the best customer service. Only issue every time I check out I feel like a shark tank investor. Instead of water heater element, wrench, tape measure, box of screws, 10 2x6s. I want 15% equity, 3$ royalties, for 5yrs and one of those Ace camo hats."
"Update: Leaving previous review below, but updating the 2 star review. A few days after posting my review, I was contacted asking to speak about what had happened. It was a night and day experience, ensuring everything was corrected. The level of communication and professionalism shocked me. In my previous review I had said “I was disappointed, this store had some pretty high reviews. Unfortunately I didn’t get that same treatment”. My first time coming to this store, I didn’t experience it thanks to one individual. However, everyone else I’ve come into contact with has gone above and beyond proving why this store has such high reviews. Next time I have any home/hardware needs, I’ll definitely be coming back to them. They turned a bad experience into a good one, and I’m very grateful to be heard. Thank you! Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Except for Sarah, she has amazing customer service and communication skills, I wish that would extend to others on the team. I ordered an in-store pickup on Saturday for a weed eater, unfortunately what I ordered was incorrect on the website and wasn’t actually in stock. Which is understandable, Sarah ordered it and I just had to wait for it to come in. Wednesday I receive an email that it’s ready to be picked up so I come in to get it, and the associate (unfortunately I did not get their name) at the register was just rude. In the middle of helping me with my pickup order she immediately started helping another customer that interrupted us while talking to me, having me wait even though we were quite literally almost done. Then Thursday morning I get a call from Sarah, saying my weed eater is finally there so obviously I’m confused because I trusted the previous associate to give me what I ordered she asked me if it was the correct one. After the phone call I immediately checked the item number of the weed eater I was given and the one on my receipt and I was given a cheaper model. I immediately tried to call Sarah back but another associate picked up and just told me to bring it back to exchange. Simple enough right? I come in to exchange them that afternoon and the same associate to give me the wrong one was the one to help me again. I was immediately treated with confusion and miscommunication. I explain that I’m just trying to get what I ordered, bring in the paperwork showing the difference in item numbers. For some reason the cashier was trying to return it for cash refund (being as helpful as she could and I appreciate that), even though I kept explaining I was just trying to receive the correct weed eater. Which had the associate from the previous day snapping at me saying not to give me any money when it was never what I asked for, snapping at me to see my receipts again, on my phone verify the item numbers and that I payed for it, while the cashier held my paperwork. I just wanted the correct product I ordered, I paid full price and was given the cheaper model. I was also given a damaged open box, which was supposed to have JUST been delivered to the store. If for some reason I find myself back at that store, I won’t make the mistake of trusting the employees and triple verifying everything myself. I was disappointed, this store had some pretty high reviews. Unfortunately I didn’t get that same treatment."
"I received really great service here! I needed a small stainless steel screw, I brought one I needed an EXACT duplicate of, no idea of its size. Even though it was near to closing time, I received personalized service that did just that!! Oh I was also able to order this cute GNOME watering can on online & pickup at the store with free shipping!!"
