"Deserves zero stars. You walk in and the place literally smells like sewage. You can tell the bathroom hasn’t been cleaned probably ever. All while the workers stand there and glare at you as if you inconvenienced them by walking in."

"Management needs to be better if they can’t even get change. Lady at the window was nice and calm to me and told me exactly what was going on. I have no problem with her but couldn’t even get change. I didn’t get no food because I couldn’t get change for $20 bill for $17 meal."

"Worst fast food restaurant on the planet. Service is horrible. Employees are disrespectful, rude, miserable, thieving wastes of oxygen. I've tried 3 times to eat there. Twice order was wrong and took forever to prepare. Today I was disrespected by 2 miserable heifers for no apparent reason and didn't receive all my change. They stole $20 bucks and I didn't notice until it was to late. God seen it and will take care of it for me. Garbage people and place."

"Went here on my daughter’s birthday because they have the outdoor playground and of course it was closed as usual. Burger King if you are going to open the playground at all, then tear it down. I didn’t even waste my money and won’t be ever again."

"I don’t even want to give one star. This place is ghetto. Yes, I said ghetto. The employees are rude, unprofessional and snappy. I bought 8pc nuggets for my 4 yr old and they were COLD. They were SOGGY. I asked for another sauce and the employee at the window ignored me. When I asked again, she tried to charge me for another sauce and got snappy like I was bothering her. Everyone knows you get 2 sauces with more than 4 nuggets. Then I asked for a manager and as I was explaining to her the whole ordeal she turned her back on me. She did end up getting me a sauce but it was the mannerism that had me heated . I’m a very lenient person, and I try to give grace but this has happened multiple times at this location and I’ve had enough. They have not gotten any better. I WOULD NOT recommend this store to ANYONE!!!! 0 stars ⭐️"
