"PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION ! I reached out to Carol Bulman, the sole owner of Jack Conway, regarding a serious complaint about Julie Simmons the broker in the Dorchester office. This woman Carol was arrogant and dismissive of my complaint. I am considering making a formal complaint to the real estate board. Should you decide to use any Jack Conway Office, be very careful. I have had some experience with realtors who simply did not follow through on their agreements, however, I have never had a broker do such surreptitious acts as Julie Simmons. As cunning as she was she is not very bright, as she lost a very easy commission."
