Sheraton Boston Hotel

"Had a medical emergency today and staff were so lovely, bent over backwards to help us. Great location, cozy clean rooms with maybe the most comfy bed Ive ever slept in, lots to do here. Im impressed."

"There is much that is good about the Sheraton Boston. The housekeeping staff are exceptional. Rooms and halls are kept immaculate. Linens and beds are clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is excellent for anyone visiting the Museum of Fine Arts or the Isabella Gardner Museum. There are plenty of places to eat nearby both in the Prudential Center and on the street. The only downside was the building facility itself. Our bathroom floor was not aligned with our bedroom door. If you were not stepping up to go in, you were stubbing or breaking a toe. Late night trips to the loo were risky. Also, the tub appeared to be non-maintained. It was kept clean but needs some work. Overall though, I would stay here again."

"The overall experience was very good. Very nice and helpful staff. The hall is spacious and very good to meet with someone or do some workcwith others without being interrupted. In the rooms you can feel that this isn't a new place. But it is OK. The bathroom should be renowated, though. Nothing big, but as I said, you can feel it is not new. My room wasn't well cleaned after The previous guest, but it was very minor - some waste here and there. The room was comfortable enough, however it took me while to understand The bed cover ;) The hotel has nice connection to the market and has a shop inside too."

"The woman at the front desk was so helpful. She was friendly from the beginning and helped us get a good room! The rooms could use a little updating and touch up but the beds were comfy and clean. The tub was starting to peel but it still worked. The grab abs go cafe was perfect for breakfast and the location cannot be beat! So close to so many attractions and close to the train too!"

"Overall pretty decent hotel experience with the exception of the following. One, we placed the card out on the door the night before for our morning breakfast order only to find out, on checking in the morning, that the card was still there. Our breakfast order was never picked up. We eventually called in the breakfast order, and probably just should have skipped it and gone out. Pretty bad eggs!!!! Second, on the first night the people in the room adjacent to us decided to play music very, very loud at 11PM. Called the front desk and they sent security up. Then a few minutes later, same room, arguing at the top of their lungs. It took 15 minutes to get in touch with someone at the desk. They sent someone up again and I think kicked the guests out but the manager's initial response was disappointing stating something akin to that it was very busy in the hotel and that there were lots of events, so you can't really expect it to be quiet. Actually , quiet is what I would expect at 11PM. Otherwise the rooms are clean and the desk during the day was very helpfuk Parking is expensive $70/day, be prepared/"
