"Shower was dirty with low water pressure. Front desk staff was great and heard the problem but I only stayed one night and didn't push the issue because I was exhausted by travel. Price was fine. I paid $141 for a weeknight around the holidays. City view room was nothing special but didn't cost much extra. I chose it for the proximity to South Station for the airport and a Greyhound, which you can easily walk to/from with light luggage."

"I just stayed here for three nights. The hotel overall was satisfactory with exception of the cigarette burns on the carpet. It is located in the Chinatown district across from Tufts Medical Center. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. If you are renting or bringing your own car, be prepared to the $60.00+ overnight parking fee."

"I stayed here for two nights in room 318 which was at the end of the hallway and unexpectedly nice and quiet. My room was large with a king bed, couch, refrigerator and microwave overlooking the courtyard, which looked like a good place to relax if the weather was decent. The hotel is directly across the street from Tufts Medical and close to the Orange line, Stuart Street and Boston Common, an easy walk from the hotel. Staff was nice, and the hotel itself was clean and well maintained. The only down was the restaurant that was mediocre. I’d stay here again and at $127 per night the both price and location are unbeatable."

"Let me start by saying the hotel staff is wonderful. The rooms are very dingy and outdated. The furniture looks like the 1980's. The rugs in the hallways needs some love. Loved the location and the warm cookies when you check in. No coffee machine in my room and no bottled water in room either. On a lighter note....Chris is a great bartender!"

"The service at this hotel was amazing. We were attended by an amazing bellboy named Otto. This loving gentleman went above and beyond to make me feel at home. He took care of our stuff with genuine interest. The moment we got back, he knew exactly who we were had our stuff ready. He is a perfect and prime example of what customer service should be like. 2 Thumbs up DoubleTree."
