"From the time I arrived service was on point! Had help with my bags, front desk made me feel so welcomed, room was comfortable and clean! This morning I went down for my complimentary breakfast and the bartender Higgins was beyond personable, provided exceptional service and was able to bring in conversation together with other guests! We laughed and talked about life and where we were all from and gave us recommendations of where to go in Downtown Boston! I highly recommend this hotel and make sure you stop in to see Higgins and restaurant staff at the bar!"

"The room was incredibly hot (87 degrees upon entering) in the winter and had to keep the air conditioning on the whole night. The blackout shades did not keep the room dark. Very loud... heard trash trucks all night long... literally through the middle of the night. Hotel room was clean and the staff were nice. Food at the restaurant downstairs was not great."

"Great and conveniently located midtown hotel, wonderfully kind and courteous staff. Only downside is the rather excessive parking rate and that the windows seemingly block no city sounds. -But we were very happy with the room overall and the restaurant workers were so kind and hardworking as well as front desk staff make you feel kindly welcomed right away!!"
