"The worst. They’ve taken over two properties on our street. They paste their sign on each unit, complete with QR code, but either ignore emails directed to them or reply in a curt, rude, or dismissive manner. The tenants they recruit are disrespectful of neighbors. And the tenants themselves complain that the management company is non-responsive. I’ve been a landlord for many years. I wouldn’t hire Green if they were the last management company on the face of the earth."

"This management company is the worst. I’ve lived in many apartments over the years and landlords can be tricky so when I signed my lease knowing there was a management company for the building I was looking forward to it. I can’t emphasize enough how much I regret moving into this apt building. Every issue that has arisen I have had to submit multiple tickets and call endless times to get someone out to deal with simple issues. Currently the building has been without water for 48 hours caused by inclement weather/low temperatures. Temperatures have since increased dramatically and clearly something is wrong but they refuse to address. They have done nothing and won’t even agree to sending out a plumber to assess the situation and are just telling us to wait it out or call them if there are signs of a flood. It’s beyond unprofessional."

"Amazing company! I lived at a property and landlord for one year. Service tickets, rarely needed, are simple to put in and someone is out on your property right away. Leeland is great and has a wonderful team. Anytime we had a question or concern they were there to help and provide a solution that actually worked.
