"Terrible, just terrible. Lucy pushes clients to offer on properties before they have a chance to see it in person. She does not respond at a timely matter, sometimes it takes her 48 hours to respond back. Cannot do a simple request such as asking the seller's agent for a showing. She does not send any MLS listings. Poor marketing skills for selling properties as well. All properties I was interested in was found by myself. All properties that needed to be sold on a specific date range was done by myself. I don't recommend this agent. Even a non-agent can do a job better than her. Worst experience ever!"
