"I'd worked with Joe when purchasing our condo in Bay Village in 2008, and he helped us find a renter when we moved out for a few years. Despite that, selling a home is a big deal, and before automatically working with UNIT we did some diligence and talked with a number of other brokers who also work in Bay Village. We decided to give UNIT the listing because Joe (besides being a nice, approachable guy) was able to articulate both a clear pricing strategy and the most up-to-date digital marketing strategy of anyone we talked to.
