"I didn't have a great experience but it could be that the Boston rental market is just terrible. The realtor I worked with showed us a few apartments, but as soon as we paid the broker fee all of my questions were unanswered or unresponded to. If the realtor isn't able to help once the lease is signed, it would have been helpful to provide the contact info for the landlord or give some direction as to where my questions could be answered. All the apartments looked nice in the pictures but were extremely misleading in person. During the tours, we asked about utility costs and she directed us to call eversource, but when I called they said they weren't able to disclose the information. I'm giving two stars because our realtor was flexible with meeting times (after work and on weekends) but I feel like I wasted a lot of money paying a broker fee when I felt the only service I received was someone to unlock the door for me"
