"They basically play fantastic defense against getting fast and easy deals done between tenants and landlords. They promised not to cash my check for the 1 month commission so I sent 1st last and security as well out of the goodness of my heart to make things easier, I was explicitly promised the checks wouldn't be cashed until we had a signed lease. Not only did they cash all 4 months rent (7k!) before I even saw a lease agreement they as well as the landlord refused to give 24 hour notice before entry except in case of emergency even after much negotiation. They wouldn't even send me the key when they had my money in their account weeks before they had promised. We had to back out of the deal because they were so unbearable. And the front desk lady isn't to bright so take it easy on her I felt bad for getting mad at her when it was her bosses fault, but when calling the receptionist keep it short and simple because she's not exactly the sharpest tool in the shed"
