"Wow is all we can say about the g2Team. This review needs to start in 2003 when they helped me find the perfect condo to begin with. I was a 1st-time homebuyer and was working with a lazy realtor who had me looking in the wrong neighborhoods and at the wrong prices. Met the G2 folks and it became immediately clear what a professional real estate agent can do for you. They taught me about the tax advantages of home ownership which let you afford a little more than you would think. And educated me on the importance of re-sale value even when buying. They were easy to work with as a 28 year old single guy with no experience, and I bought a great condo. Lived in it for 4 years, and then rented it for 17 years....from across the country. Was nervous to be an absentee landlord but all the while, they stayed close and checked in on me, and offered tips and recommendations for handymen and lease forms and important repairs. Terrie in particular would meet my property manager at my condo and suggest repairs and improvements.When it came time to sell, they again made things so, so easy. I received a game plan 5 months out of things to do, including an important step of preparing my HOA docs and budget. They told me they would help me make repairs, update appliances, stage it , take photos, list it, and close it....all without me having to fly in from CA. I never returned to MA and they delivered on their promise. They went the extra mile and then some: potted flowers on the steps, cleaning of the HOA's stairwell, replacing cabinet knobs, repairing closet racks, even tidying up the basement area and working with the other owners to clear access for the inspectors. This was much more than I expected, but all things that lead to an easier sale at a higher price. Now here's the extra good part: They were very wise in what to list it at, and when to list it (two important factors since another one was being listed on my same street). They listed it on a Wednesday and called for offers Monday. We got 3 quality offers, all OVER ASKING. They were then able to negotiate an extra amount in a Best & Final round of offers, with a very short contingency timeline and a very quick close...2 things I really wanted. We ended up getting $41K over asking which coincidentally paid for the exact amount of realtor commissions. So, a good realtor can help you pay for the costs of using realtors, keeping more money for you. I would highly recommend using them, even if it's just to get a quote or comparison against your current realtor. Was such an easy sale for more money than my wife and I expected!"
