"Met the General Manager and he was very helpful. Location is prime, but I wish I had a coffee machine or kettle or in the room. I didn't want to keep going down stairs for coffee/ tea. Beds were comfortable."

"I booked this through our corporate travel. I travel to the area every month, and thought this would be ideal due to its location. Upon arrival, I realized how bare bone the hotel is. Walking up stairs with luggage to get to the desk. Checking in, the rate for night 2 & 3 hiked up $90/night. For a Tuesday/Wednesday. I questioned it & asked that someone reach out. Day 3, no one did. Coming back from getting coffee next door, I stopped to inquire on the rate hike. I was stunned by the tone and attitude received by the older gentelman working the front desk. I advised that I frequent the area and would like to discuss the massive increase as it puts the hotel out of the market rate for my stays. He quickly responded "oh well, the rate is the rate" . No value of their customers or repeat business. As I was waiting for the elevator to close, he starts talking to himself "jesus f&*%^&*in christ" . I guess he was less than thrilled with me...........Now to the hotel and rooms. Bed is comfortable, best thing about the stay. I went to get ice on the floor down, came back up the stairs and the handle to the 3rd floor door (needed to get back in) was MISSING. I had to chuck back down and use the elevator. Dangerous to have a stairway and no handle to the entry floor level! 2nd night stay, handle STILL missing to the 3rd floor stairwell door. Bathroom (small) 1 outlet for hair tools etc, doesn't work. Air doesn't work. Only heat. Hallways entry to rooms, very dated missing numbers etc. The hotel is less than cared for. Overall, if all you are concerned with is location, you should be good. If you are a business traveler or staying more than 1 night, I do NOT recommend this hotel."

"Cozy Hotel, Excellent customer service. Mr. Richard and the team makes anything they can do make your stay unforgettable. they gave us umbrellas on a rainy day, that was a plus. the room was clean. and the location is fabulous."

"Overall, I don’t recommend staying at this hotel. While the location is great, the hotel itself is less than desirable. Small rooms, outdated appearance and overall just not what a I consider a “boutique” hotel. Especially not worth the price. We had some not so great interactions with the front desk staff as well. Overall just not very friendly or accommodating. When we had our bags being held after check in, the staff member literally asked “where did they put it?” when we asked to receive them. Overall, just a disappointing stay and in my opinion a waste of money."
