"Great location and really nice interior/ room size. Up to date furniture and technology but kind of a scam. If you want your room cleaned you need to request it 24 hrs in advance and it’s for a cost?? Why do i have to pay for housekeeping?? If that’s not covered in my hotel room price then what is? Also we got the room facing the streets and it was very disturbing because the walls are really thin and you can hear everything going on outside (especially Saturday night we heard some guys goofing around & yelling at 3 AM) we could also hear people having conversations from the rooms near us but overall it was a decent stay"

"Room is extremely small; we got a king bed room, which does not have lots of space for us to stand. The mattress cover is too small for the mattress - the sizes did not match; When we told the front desk, the lady said "Oh yeah that happens". We could hear the neighbors chatting and TV loud and clear. pillows are not comfortable, either too soft or too hard. Coffee machine does not stop after a mug is full."

"Very cool rooms with a post-warehouse flavour. But all is updated nicely. Room is on the small side, but for us it was perfect. Any glitches in room functioning were dealt with quickly and successfully. Great location in Central Cambridge. Lots of restaurants and bars at a wide range of price points and many different cuisines. No compliants at all."

"I wasn't sure what to expect, given the price. I knew we were trading price for services. But, in the end it was exactly what we needed and the location was great. There were tons of restaurants within walking distance and we never had trouble finding street parking overnight (granted it was Thanksgiving week). We were in an accessible room. We didn't need it, but I think it was larger so they gave it to us as an upgrade I'm guessing. There was actually a refrigerator in our room (which I didn't expect) and a microwave and water station on the hall. There was a small cabinet in the hall that had extra cups, tea, coffee, soap, tissues, etc. to take as needed. There was someone at the front desk and the main door was open until later in the evening. My only comment (not a complaint) was that our bathroom had a barn door that only stayed closed if locked with a hook and eye. The hook and eye was pretty high up and would not be accessible to someone in a wheelchair. Just something to think about."

"The property is nicely designed and well located with lots of places to eat and go out at night nearby. There is a very nice rooftop which guests can enjoy. This also means that outside people can freely enter the building to go up there so it is not as safe a Sonder as usual since the main door stays open. The room we had was large with 2 queen beds and a big bathroom. Only issue was the flooring which is very sensitive to anybody walking around in the room... you can really feel people walking i and that seemed odd? In terms of service you can get your room cleaned with 24 notice and that was great. There are people manning the front desk during the day so technically they could hold packages but apparently the policy is not to do that... would be very useful if a guest could get their amazon packages, especially if you stay several days... All in all it is a good option and pretty good value for money."
