For example: I had an unknown chirping noise in my apartment going off for a few weeks and the same day I mentioned this to Matt he went down to inspect it and FOUND the source (it was from an old carbon monoxide detector that was hidden under my jackets, oops) and I’m just so incredibly grateful. Any maintenance need I have ever had has been addressed the same day of and fixed immediately. I have had different property management in the past and that was NOT the case. This property management is SO thorough and everyone is so kind and helpful. And in terms of my building, I could not possibly feel more safe. It is so clean and well taken care of 24/7.
