"The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful, especially Angia Maia. Management was very helpful in securing my room during my last couple of nights there. Without my knowing they secured my room without having to change rooms or move hotels as they were fully booked and my stay there had to be extended another 2 nights. I am very thankful that he showed kindness and compassion towards me and my daughter during our stay. The overall service was excellent."
"Decent place near the medical facilities and Mission Hill - not many other options near here. Rooms were adequate but a very small bathroom. Service was far. The restaurant was closed around the holidays."
"I called the Inn for a one night reservation. After an excruciatingly long reservation process the room cost was $152. Fine. Now the person I’m talking with reviews the reservation with me and the room is now $242 with taxes and fees. When I asked about this she said it was “government required”. Really? Now she is going to give me my confirmation #. Great. But I’m informed the room is no longer available and would I be interested in a room for $369 (plus taxes and fees). Are you kidding? She then asked if I’d be willing to stay at a different hotel for less money. I thanked her and said goodbye. I don’t know who owns this mess, but I highly recommend staying far away."
"Rooms clean but small, tiny bathroom. Bed very comfortable. Window was open and I had a hard time getting it closed and locked. Food from the grill was very good and quickly made. VERY low ceiling in attached garage. Staff was unable to tell me the height limit when I booked the room. Also no help when I asked where to park. They told me to speak with the parking attendant and he did not speak English so there was no help there. No place to park as you check in."
"Very clean, very nice rooms with no weird odor. Bathroom is tiny but has a great shower and luxurious towels. Room has a fridge, microwave, safe, and hairdryer. Bed is OK, a bit soft for my taste but the pillows are nice and lofty. Climate control is good. The location is great, lots of places to eat and there's an attached parking garage, $25 for the night. There's a restaurant on site open til 9 but closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Haven't tried it."
