Copley Square Hotel

"Stayed here for 6 nights in January 2024. Lovely hotel, the staff were really friendly and the room very comfortable. The location was very good with a lovely supermarket next door and within easy walking distance of two metro stations (T). A kitchen on the ground floor with complimentary tea and coffee and a microwave was very clean and tidy. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough."

"All around wonderful experience here. The rooms are gorgeous and have a classic and refreshing style which is my favourite! The rooms interior and decorating had a classy boutique like flare with a modern touch. My room had a beautiful view and the hotel had most amenity you need especially for longer stays. The location was prime, and the staff being absolutely lovely was definitely the Cherry on top of my experience here. Highly recommend to anyone travelling to Boston!"

"The best ever hotel staff I have ever met in all these years of travelling. I misplaced my phone and it got shipped to the hotel. The kindness, generosity and willingness to go over and beyond to make sure I got my phone back with frequent follow ups and phoning people on my behalf is not something I have experienced. Big shout out to Donovan (GM), Ben, Lucas, Israel, Carrol and Coidelia for making my trip memorable. They treated me so well and this will mean that I am staying at this hotel on my next trip to Boston. Thank you guys."

"Somebody smoked in the bathroom, hotel was unsuccessful in removing the smell. Room was tiny, guess that is what you get for a corporate rate. Staff was friendly and efficient. Best attribute is the central location. Just don't expect any luxury, that's the other hotels with similar names ."

"We stayed here for 3 nights over New Years weekend and had an excellent stay. The staff are super helpful and accommodating. We requested a late checkout and were able to stay until noon. The hotel is super clean and the rooms are small but cozy. The bed and pillows were very clean and comfortable. The shower was strange but had good water pressure and the bathroom was very clean. We stayed on the very top floor and had no issues with noise from the street or other patrons. No complimentary breakfast is offered, only free coffee which was probably the worst coffee I have ever had but it's free so I can't complain much about that. The hotel is in a great location right by the Boston Public Library and had easy access to the Green Line. 10/10 would stay here again and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an upscale hotel stay in a great location."
