"Katie at the front desk is an exceptional professional who maintains a professional demeanor while also being pleasant in explaining details. I appreciate her work. She did not ask me to write this review, but she is "raise" and "promotion" worthy given her level of performance."

"The hotel rooms are generally tidy, and the hotel itself is in a great location and the staff is extremely polite. If I were to be particular, the bathrooms are quite small, especially considering I booked a larger king room. I anticipated a more spacious bathroom, and I noticed that some areas could benefit from renovations. The presence of old tubs instead of walk-in showers was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the pillows on the bed were thin, requiring all four to be used, leaving my partner with practically nothing."

"We loved our stay! I had seen reviews mention water pressure or beds not being comfortable but we had the opposite experience. Our bed was firm and comfortable, our water pressure was great and got hot for the cold winter nights, and our suite was so spacious! Big fan of Anthony the concierge who helped us make the most of every day of our week, William and Ardjun and Deidre in the restaurant for their kindness and warm personalities going above and beyond for us, and the helpful and friendly front desk staff. Can’t wait to come back!"

"I'd give this hotel 3.5 stars. It's absolutely not the staff's fault. They are attentive and polite/welcoming. The cleaning staff is very thorough as well. The location is also incredibly convenient if you plan on doing a lot of transit and walking (it's also near a lot of tasty looking restaurants in Chinatown). It was also incredibly (almost eerily) quiet so you'll be guaranteed a peaceful visit. I'd give it a better rating if it was being advertised as a 3 star hotel vs. a 4 star. My main complaint is that the bathrooms are incredibly dated and the water pressure is among the worst I've ever experienced (after 10-15 km of walking a day that's pretty much the only thing you want besides a comfy bed). Our shower faucet was installed upside down and got so stuck one morning we had to call hotel maintenance (who promptly fixed it). But you can sort of tell the underlying problem is patchwork cosmetic renovations. I empathize as it'd cost a fortune to replace the dated things about the hotel but it'll have to be done eventually. I also can't quite tell what they're going for in terms of aesthetic. For the price and value for money, and because Boston is such an incredibly walkable city, choose something outside of the financial district."

"Great location, easily walkable to other neighborhoods of Boston, convenient parking with an underground garage. The rooms were spacious for a city hotel and clean. When booking this hotel the two queen beds were a huge factor as I had four women bunking together for a night. We, and our luggage, all easily fit in the room. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Front desk staff were all friendly and professional. I see a lot of reviews complaining about the different sets of elevators but this is a smart design. The hotel is near the theater district and connects to a public parking garage; it was comforting to know that only hotel guests can access the elevators to the guest floors."
