"Young knocked it out of the park for us! We started looking to buy our first home during the height of the buying craze late 2021 and Young helped us navigate the conditions in the way that only someone with extensive knowledge, experience, and care for his clients could. Young took the time to understand our criteria and suggest appropriate neighborhoods and listings to go see. He'd help us select the houses we wanted to see every week and then pick us up (always early or on time!) and take us to see a variety of houses in the greater Boston area in a timely manner. He'd then give an honest opinion of what was good/lacking about a house, and whether the price was fair. One of our top criteria was that we wanted to avoid bidding wars and Young always gave good advice on which houses were feasible and which houses to avoid. Eventually we struck gold and Young helped us find a house in Quincy that we were very happy with - it was almost a perfect match for our criteria - and we put in our very first offer and had it accepted. I want to emphasize that we went into the process expecting to make upwards of 10 or more offers (as was common at the time), but Young helped us make it happen on our first try. We could not have been happier with the process, and you can see that in our faces from the photo that Young took for us in front of our newly owned home on closing day. Young was recommended to me by a close friend of mine, and in turn I recommend Young to all my friends and coworkers who are in need of a realtor in the Boston area - he's simply the best.
