"It was my first time going here, they were friendly to me and didn't bullshit me on my car's problems. The price was expensive but that's because of the part and since the problem was somewhere that wasn't accessible from below the engine labor was a factor as well. Go here or to any professional repair shop if you want your vehicle fixed by professionals or you get that so-called neighborhood mechanic to put a bandaid on yours and eventually be down a vehicle."

"I regularly take my car to this shop for oil changes and services. Staff are friendly and helpful to me. Matt is always helpful in telling me what is best to get the job done. "I wish I could put 0 stars for this awful business. Had I read the reviews prior I would not have taken my car to this place and avoided it at all cost. My car was dropped off on 6/26. 6/29 they had finally submitted a diagnosis to my insurance. The part was sent off and received by this place 7/9 their words. It was the end of business day they received it which was understandable to not have it repaired same day. 7/10 I called inquiring about my car and was told to stop calling them that they would call me when it’s done and that it was currently being looked at that day and would be ready 7/11. I called 7/11 to see if I could go ahead and pay ahead of pickup. They hung up on us and when we called back they basically said again to stop calling them they would call us when it’s done. By this time it had already been two weeks my car was sitting there. They said it would be done on Thursday 7/11 and they’d call me when it was. I never received a call. I called my Insurance 7/12 who called the repair company and turns out they hadn’t even touched my car since diagnosis and had a full lot and couldn’t get to my car until next week making it 3 weeks my car would be sitting there and 1 full week it would be sitting there with the part ready to install. They didn’t care when they were told about how they are hindering my family from doing anything with no vehicle. They told my insurance provider it wasn’t their problem. My car was there first so why wasn’t it repaired first and all of these other cars put before it when this is a “first come first serve” place? Why did I constantly get told it would be done a certain day for it to not be or be lied to that it was being looked at? I had my insurance provider transfer my vehicle to a different repair center and this guy that answers the phones said he is booked and has other jobs to do and if I take my car he’s not going to work on it ever again. Which is fine because I’d never ever step foot on that lot again. The unprofessional and blatant lies this company tells they should be out of business. They also were told to put my keys in my car so that the tow man can pick it up. They purposely locked my car with the keys inside so the tow man couldn’t get in. And no this was not for “safety of the items inside” when this company was told to leave them for the repair man because how else would he tow the car or get inside when you’ve locked the keys inside? The worst company ever. This place should be avoided at all cost and shut down."

"Mr. William is the best to do it. My suspension was a little wonky and he got me back in the game with recommendations on what I should do next to really dial it in. Also further showed and explain what was wrong and how it was fixed. 1000/10 recommend"
