"I rented a trailer on saturday.The lady checking me out said if I returned by monday since they was closed Sunday that It would be one day,I requested a call from uhaul about my charges for two days and they added insurance and noone has ever contacted me.I have been charged almost 100 on a 20 trailer that I returned the next day Sunday..I think the lady never should have said that"
"Reservation process was smooth, everything went wrong after I received the keys, the guy told me a different truck from the keys he handed me, i believe that is the mileage he recorded in the contract. The truck i actually had the keys to only had 1/4 a tank, and I took a picture of it so i could put it back. Needless to say I've been on the phone with customer service for 20 min about the over charge on my card for gas that i didn't use. I literally went 7 miles. I will not be visiting this place again"
"This place is A total rip off. I was over charged and when I called to inform them of the error they did nothing. I had to call the corporate office. It took almost a month to get my money refunded. How many unexpecting people do they do this to??? Sham on you uhaul!!"
