Enterprise Rent-A-Car 401 West Oglethorpe Highway, Hinesville, GA 31313

"One thing for sure they are not going to answer that telephone. So our group has a performance today. I went in the office yesterday to make sure that we were set with the van we need to get us to our destination. They assured me that they would have the minivan that we booked. So today the driver shows up to pick up the van and THEY DO NOT have it. When I was there on yesterday there was a 15 passenger van in the parking lot that I inquired about but the price through the weekend was way too much (they claim that we could not drop the van off this afternoon and leave keys in drop box so would have to keep the vehicle until Monday). Long story short we ended up being delayed because they didn't have the foresight to go ahead and clean the larger van and have it ready for our 9 a.m. pickup - we are a business group and try to handle our business but due to Enterprise we may be late and that is sooooo unprofessional!!! Enterprise really needs to tighten up - I would NOT recommend them for any serious business."

"If you’re in a hurry or just want to be on time you’re at the wrong rental car location. It’s been 2 hours and I’m still waiting for my rental. I knew it was going to be long when I saw Pizza Hut deliver several large pizza’s to the employees. No organization what so ever. Kat checked me in then forgot all about me."

"I’ve tried to rent from this location twice in 7 years. 1st time I was told at the time of pickup and this time I was called and both times I was told yeah we don’t have any cars to help you and you shouldn’t have booked here (as if I could’ve known). When I asked what is the nearest location that may be able to help I was told “I can’t see another location’s inventory so I don’t know what to tell you”. 7 years apart and all I received is attitude and no car. I never have trouble with enterprise except for this location"

"My insurance setup a rental for me at this location and it’s been a complete mess. The first car was dirty. It had a putrid smell and they Begrudgingly exchanged it for a different one that had the coolant warning on!!?? I was told that was common and no issue! Again begrudgingly they exchanged it , this time for a cigarette smoke filled car. I reached out to their corporate office and never heard back. I don’t think they cleaned any of the vehicles inside or outside. The customer service is horrible. They just don’t care at all about their customers!"

"DO NOT RENT FROM HINESVILLE ENTERPRISE! They are TERRIBLE!! Every single time renting from this company it’s a problem with them lying about scratches, how much deposits are, what documentation you need for renting, etc. They’re attitudes are bad and they don’t do business correctly."
