"The place was very difficult to find. Yes, everyone was nice and efficient. However, unlike the other reviewers, I was not there because I thought I might have Covid or had been exposed. I was uninfected but required a preop Covid PCR test before having a procedure at MGH. Most of the people at the center looked ill and/or were coughing. It was scary and a bad idea to mix uninfected patients and people who suspect/have Covid. There should be a separate site for preop patients requiring testing. This is a poor idea and MGH should have a better process where pre-op patients get tested at the main campus. I’m going in again and have to go through this COVID gauntlet again. Not good. MGH should do better."
"They save a lot of lives."
"Very impressed with the COVID testing facility. Organized, professional, friendly staff, no paperwork - got a same day appointment and only had to wait 10 minutes in line and the entire test took two minutes, with results available online in 48 hours, would recommend this to anyone looking for COVID tests! Thanks"
"Came here to have a Covid19 test, wasn't to bad of a wait...actually was taken in in sooner than the appointment time scheduled."
