"Worth company i have ever had. I made a claim, and my car got totaled. I have tried so many times to reach out my adjuster but none of them works, first my adjuster was Ryan and then they changed it to Pauline none of them answered my phone calls. They still don’t take my car and while I try to explain my situation to the someone in the total loss department, they just hang the phone while i was talking. I don’t recommend anyone to choose this company."
"first i want to start by saying DO NOT waste your time. i switched to this company from another one that was charging me way too much. i quite literally would rather be paying more money than have to deal with having this company as my insurance. they do not answer calls or emails. ive been asking for a document for tax purposes for five months via email, and get hung up on everytime i call. not to mention, the customer service is AWFUL. one of the customer service reps actually told me i was wasting their time because i had questions about MY car accident. terrible. i would give 0 stars if i could."
"Unreal. I am glad that I am not a safety insurance customer! My car was damaged by a Safety Insurance customer, I made a claim and I was told that someone would be reaching out to me. It has been well over a week and no one has reached out and from these other reviews it seems like I should expect to wait a few months to hear back from anyone. I can’t submit the pictures of my vehicle nor can I get in touch with anyone at this company. Buyer beware! I would not trust Safety for my insurance needs."
"I will never use Safety Insurance as my provider ever again. I used Safety for many years, always paying my insurance on time. Never had an accident or claim for many years. I was in an accident last month (someone ran a stop sign and hit me). At first filing the claim was simple and easy enough and I thought this would go smoothly. It was my first accident so I was asking plenty of questions and trying to understand the claims process. Days and weeks go by. I would constantly call to have any sliver of news regarding my claim. At one point I was told to call the appraising company and ask them if they have finished appraising my vehicle. I was shocked by this as I would have thought the insurance company would directly deal with the appraisal company that THEY HIRED but I guess not. Every time I would call I would be transferred and constantly on hold. There were a few helpful people there who I commend but not many. No one wanted to have accountability and I practically had to beg for any updates. NOT ONCE, was I able to get a hold of the person handling my claim. I was sent an animated video to know my car was officially totaled. Imagine finding out your vehicle was totaled through a poorly animated video. Everything about dealing with Safety has been awful and down right embarrassing. Please good people, DO NOT use Safety Insurance. I will look for a new insurer once I settle the claim, maybe if I'm lucky it will be settled in the summer. Safety Insurance customer service is slow, unresponsive, unhelpful, embarrassing and stressful to say the least."
"After reading a lot of reviews, I found out I am not alone. Horrible experience. Christine my adjuster has being awful she got to a point that said “you don’t pay us we don’t work for you”. Their customer service is very terrible bad, thanks God I am not insured with them because I wouldn’t like to deal with them in my life. After 21 days that I made a claim with them because one of their ensure hit my car after missing a stop sign, I haven’t heard anything back from them, I sent emails to Christine my adjuster and it looks like she ignored them and on top of that, they hang up my phone call 3 times while I am trying to explain how frustrating this is and now that I try to call Christine’s extension # it sends me directly to voicemail. Most likely they will no pay for my damage. I made the claim December 12 and some lady at the office try to tell me that it only has passed 14 days after I made the report."
