Boston Medical Center Emergency Room 725 Albany Street, Boston, MA 02118

"Went here for SI, and the doctors kept asking me what drugs I was on. I told multiple people I'm not on any drugs, I'm homeless because I have a severe bleeding disorder called Hemophilia A that causes me extreme pain. I'm suicidal because I can't get the proper healthcare. They responded by trying to send me to a psych ward I had already been to, which could not provide the treatments I needed and didn't even have my medication available. They said "you can go here or we'll discharge you" and I snapped. I told them fine, throw me back out onto the streets and let me kill myself, I'm sick of being ignored and mistreated. I kicked my cereal bowl at them and they had like 8 security guards throw me out. Some hood rat POS with dreadlocks and an Italian immigrant who barely spoke Enlgish told me to leave and they didn't care if I killed myself. This hospital is trash. All these ignorant doctors, nurses, and security guards deserve to be tortured to death. But they won't see any consequences, they will just keep getting paid to ignore their own jobs and treat people like garbage when they are trying to get the help they need. They are liars, there is no help and no empathy anymore. I'm done with this insanity. I'm going to the store right now to steal another razor and slash my wrists again because it's easier than suffering for the rest of my life. I hope this time these worthless scumbags leave me alone and let me die in peace."

"Just trying to be there and available for my fiancée when her well being isn’t clear and she just got in . And they proceed to kick all visitors out for no reason. The waiting area was barely occupied. People are just tryna be around for their family and they said everyone has to leave. Security was there power tripping to kick people out. I’ve been in this hospital waiting area many times before and they never did this. The security is new too but I guess for some reason that isn’t enough. No commotion. No problems and yet they’re incredibly inconsiderate to everyone in that room wanting to kick everyone out."

"Horrible experience came here two different times and still get treated like a piece of garbage. I’m African-American and my wait time is 12 hours or more. They staff rude and don’t acknowledge you unless you are either screaming, throwing any objects, acting rude, THATS WHEN YOU GET YOUR PROPER CARE YOU NEED. Healthcare in general NEEDS TO HAVE BETTER STAFFING AND BETTER TIMING."

"The nurses in this hospital are vulgar, rude, they do not respect the patient. The nurse was capable of pulling my shirt and hitting me. I repeated repeatedly that she is not supposed to touch me, that she should not touch me again. Apart from that, some doctors doubt your pain. If you need a place to rest. an emergency this is not the one they will let you die they will leave you in the waiting room for 6 hours if possible until the day you feel you will leave there for care"

"This is a hospital for junkies and the poor. Then they act like youre lucky to be there. Its hard to explain how bad this place is. Can a place surrounded and filled with junkies give you good medical care?! I could give this place a zero I would. Do not go here for any reason, you will not get the care you need. Emergency or otherwise. Sure there are some good Drs, but they are so overwhelmed they can't really help you. I would rather crawl to Tufts than go here again."
