Reviews
"Like many other city agencies, nobody answers the phones! Are you kidding me? We need to stop voting for people who don't manage this city government to be responsive to the residents."
"Usually when you go to 1010 Mass Ave the experience is not the greatest. However, I have nothing but praise and admiration for their professionalism at the Health Department today. We are opening a restaurant and went to get our health review today. The inspector who did the review was Thomas McAdams. We were impressed how well and courteously we were treated by him with genuine willingness to guide us for success through the process. If all officials were as nice and as helpful as Thomas McAdams in that building, I believe more young people would start their own restaurants and won’t be intimidated by the process. Thank you, Thomas McAdams!"
"Was just at their out reach van and Rudely was told “all done” and had the door shut in my face! I think they need to employ individuals whom are people friendly or at least have manners!"
"If I can give them minus or zero, they are awful, they treat homeless like jail, they did not understand maybe they will be homeless one day when they couldn't have enough money, or they have an accident in their life, every time I went to take a shower, they angry because I didn't sleep in they awful place!!!!! What kind of community serve you are doing!!!!!! Treat homeless ppl with more respectful, you got money from government to help ppl not to take your salaries and judgement. For whom concern , but who concern in this FAKE country"
"Large place but when the staff got mad at someone they took away all the fans on a 88 degree 4th of July. Sweety homeless poeple need ventilation."
