"I recently rented a moving van from the Lawrence location, and can't speak highly enough about Kendall! He was very efficient, and professional throughout the process. I had reserved the 12 foot truck to move my items to Florida. Unfortunately, upon my arrival, the 12 foot truck had the check engine light on, and he had offered me the 16 foot truck. Although I drove this truck home, there was no way I could drive this truck to Florida. I returned the next day, and they had a van which was the same size basically as the 12 foot truck. My items fit in this van perfectly! The van seats were very comfortable, smooth ride with no issues at all! Returning the van was just as easy. Thank you so much, Kendall, for making this part of my move seamless!"

"Needed front tire at 4am blowout. Called sos. Girl taking 1/2 hour to get information. , Said town I gave her had to be wrong. Was sitting in Westborough Massachusetts grew up in she could not find it on her computer,. Memphis evening she cannot find anybody that will come out to change the tire. Finally entire guy did come. I was on the side of the road for over 3 hours."

"I scheduled a rental for a truck and I was told to show up at 9:00 AM to pick it up. After waiting for half an hour, the employee at the desk told me that the truck is in a different location and it would need 1.5 hours to show up. I was told to come back by 10:30 to pick it up and they promised to call me once the truck arrives. Well by 10:45, there was no call or update. When I called their office, I was told that the truck has not showed up 'yet' and they will call me back by 11:00. Of course, no one called back, so when I finally got through to them, I was told that the truck is not showing up. The lady at the desk was respectful and courteous .... However, the whole day was ruined as I had people lined up to help me in moving .... . I cannot blame her or the local employees - management?"
