"Went here after progressive suggested for some body work. Took months for my parts to come in (no problem). I was happy with my service until I went over a speed bump and my entire front grill came off. I looked to see what happened and learned that they used the wrong parts to fix my vehicle and used epoxy to hold the parts in place. Still waiting for my correct parts to come in. By the time this is completed it will be a minimum of 2 years spent for minor work. No apologies have been made to me. Update 8/4/23: Called again yesterday to see if the parts came in and was told my order was canceled because I left a bad review. Will be filing complaint with AG and BBB and urging friends and family to avoid this establishment."

"I went in for an oil change and was told it would take about 2 hours but 45 minutes later it was done . They were quick. People were nice and the free snack and water was awesome ."
