"I’ve been coming here for years. It’s close to my house. Estevan, and Sandra are too funny. It’s like going to visit dear friends who have my back. I’ve gone through two cars at VIP… and they go beyond any dealership. They take the time to educate me on what is going on with the car; why and when to take care of things; and even make suggestions for what will make my life easier in the future. For someone who doesn’t know much about cars and can do 10,000 miles per month on the road — it’s a real peace of mind to have them in my corner."

"Horrible place to take your car to. 1.Ebay quoted me a price for them to install my tires, however they charged me x2 the amount. 2.They didn't start working on my car until I went to the waiting room to watch after the "2 hour" job had already taken 4 hours(I dropped the car off). 3. They don't know what a torque spec is, they tighten my lug bolts so hard that I had to pay another mechanic to take them all out in case I needed to take the wheels out myself, the mechanic found 3 lug bolts stripped because they were not angled straight and they just jammed them in. 4. They lost one of my lug bolts and did not attempt to replace it or even notify me. 5. I did not know that to change the tires they needed to go in my engine bay and put their hands inside. Good thing I had my dashcam recording in case something went wrong with the car afterward. Overall a really bad service, I wouldn't trust this place even to do an alightment on the car. This place is sketchy."
