"The service is pretty bad, had to stand in the lobby with other customers for 20+ minutes as no one was around. Once someone did appear to assist, they were rude to a customer as they only spoke Spanish, even though the worker spoke Spanish! The only thing they have going for them is the fact you can get car parts and an OK price. They make you go all the way to the truck loading docs just for someone to hand you the parts instead of just giving them to you at the front desk."
