If it wasn't for Matas great customer service I would have never stayed a satisfied customer. She is kind , compassionate and dedicated to her job and family. "Quick response from Mamte. She provided us a storage unit that was perfect for our needs. It was easy to access and the price was acceptable. We only needed it for a short time and what was useful to us was a previous review that told us to remember to give 30 days notice IN WRITING or we could end up paying more. I am passing this along since that is what we did and we had no issues even though we were on automatic payments. The place has good security with working security cameras all around and the unit is inside locked gates."
"I feel this storage facility has intentionally made it near impossible to close my account. I originally paid cash for 1 month of storage and indicated at the time I only wished to have the unit for 1 month. At the end of the first month i was told they require 30 days written notice to vacate and I would be required to pay for an additional months rent to settle my account. I recently received a bill for 2 additional months rent so now a total of 4 months plus 2 late payment fees added for good measure. I currently do not know when I will be able to have this unit removed from my life but I can say that for 1 month of storage I would not recommend this location to anyone."
