Ok‐it is understood they close 2 hours each night to do whatever-it can be inconvenient, but I can adjust; however, the arbitrary time they close those 2 hours each night is a bit much. At first it was 3-5, then 2-5, then 2-4, but now it seems they close whenever they feel like it. Tonight I rushed over to find the door locked at 1:45, with 4 cars and a person on a bike outside waiting. Then the person working proceeds to give me an attitude upon opening the door because I asked him what time they close, because I had been told 2 a couple days before, but he says he closes at 1:50. From the looks of it maybe I just need to take my business elsewhere as others have done. It was convenient, but not so much anymore. Rather than. It's now a waste of time figuring out the schedule for a place that says 24 hours and get negativity from the worker when I could, instead, just go someplace I know is open or wait til later in the morning where I know they appreciate my business."

"Edit: they also do the transactions fast so you cant out your number and they use theirs to get all the 7/11 points. Homeless everywhere but they really can't do anything about it. But why is it closed at 840am eventhough is says 24 hours open? Doesn't even give a reason. it just says closed."

Getting off work at 2:30 in the morning, having to go to class 6 hours later, and pulling up at a place that supposed to be open 24 hours, and finding out it's "closed for drying". WTF is that? Closed for shift change? I get that. Closed to stock the cooler, it's tough, but I get that too. Closed to at the floor dry? You've got to be kidding me. I spend a 150 bucks a week at this place, fulfilling my various bad habits. Part of that is because I believed that this place wouldn't be closed at an arbitrary time for a ridiculous reason. If I'm in a hurry in the middle of the night, I'll be sure to spend my money in a place that I know won't be closed for something so ridiculous."
