"The associates at the store is very nice I would like to shop there again"
"They treat you like a criminal before you even enter the store. The store wasn't busy yet they have me wait before entering. They had loss prevention up front, looking me up and down. Another customer felt the same about being treated like we were criminals. Makes me not want to shop at Ross anymore."
"So for everyone that is not yet aware Ross is now requiring everyone that walks in the door to stop and take a picture....I find this to be completely off putting in trying to shop not have much picture taken and stored out used for whatever they're going to use it for. The lady lied and said it was to monitor the capacity of customers in the store which is a total lie so now they've lied to. If rather just take my money somewhere that doesn't assume all the customers are stealing."
"I like this particular store because it's right next to my gym... whenever I need something I run in before my workout and kill 2 birds with one stone! It's very convenient and efficient... plus this store tends to be pretty well organized making it easy to find exactly what I need."
