"I will continue to submit surveys until there is improvement to the customer service and checkout experience at this location. Wait time to check out is always unacceptable. It doesn't matter what time of day you visit, there is always a long wait time. No visible sign of leadership. Cashier during this particular visit didn't even make eye contact. Called me up, didn't greet me, scanned my item, told me my receipt was printing and walked away before it printed. I keep doing these surveys, hoping things will change. So far, nothing. The manager is always conveniently not available when I ask. I only visit because it is walking distance from my home."
"Employees were nice and welcoming. Unfortunately, their stock levels looked low (ie a lot of empty shelves, etc. ). All that extra space on shelves and racks just highlighted the general disheveled-ness! Granted it’s just a few days AFTER Christmas, but did they REALLY go through all of their merchandise without a general restock??"
"Do not shop there!! They need to fire all of their employees and retrain them. This place is a joke. I will be filing in small claims court for pain suffering and defamation. Some staff member had the nerve to kick me out... Simply because I wasnt sure if I wanted to pay cash or card... The lady checking me out had not yet given me the total. So how the hell was I supposed to know until then.. that made Ross from my favorite place to a place I will never spend another penny at..."
"Store was clean. Nice people were greeting you as you coming to the door lines look good. They had this sort of for christmas deals deals winning today buy a suitcase to prepare pants a code to shirts shoes some popcorn and a couple other things and it only cost me $225 to walk out with"
