"Went in to get a starter for with my brother who is fighting cancer and on heaven meds He sounds like he is on something but it’s his meds Joesph helped us brought us the starter and took it out of the box and told my brother to put the old one in the box and just stood there waiting my brother was confused so I told Joesph you can’t put it the box it’s yours he just stood there so I grabbed it and put it in the box Then we pay and I ask if he needs to bring it back because it has a life time warranty he said just remember the date you bought it That blew my mind I told him two years from now you would remember the day you bought it he said yes I called him a liar Why didn’t you put his phone number for the warranty he said he would have to cancel the order and start over So the other employee came over and did it no PROBLEM WHY WOULD HE DO THAT ITS STANDARD PROCEDURE AT ALL THE OTHERE STORES I GO TO"

"Went to a O'Reilly location on Long Beach Blvd to check my engine light.The guy was not helpful at all. Came to this location on Spring St. The clerk was super helpful and gave me some tips on how to take care of auto problem. Great customer service."
"Usually my go-to place because of the staff. However, my latest experience was less than great. I bought pads and rotors but the pads weren't the right fitment for my vehicle. I took the old parts back as a reference, but the salesman insisted that he gave me the right parts even though they looked totally different. I wasted valuable time going back to the store because the salesman didn't do his job. I ended up going to a competitor who got it right the first time."
