"Imagine going into a 7-Eleven and they have no ice for their drinks and then when I complain and I’m like I want to talk to the manager, the guy goes I am the manager and then argues with me about. I don’t know what you’re doing. You’ve been walking aroundand complaining about what you have so I’m just saying do not come to this place"
"Everyone please be aware the owner at this 7-Eleven is stealing card information and selling it to people in another state. I went there the other night and all money was taken out of my account from Chicago just moments after and it leads back to this 7-Eleven"
"It's small, poor selection and they don't speak English. If you just need a candy bar it's fine, but as soon as you ask the clerk a question, like "can I get a hot dog?" it all goes south as he doesn't understand and you try to communicate what it is you want."
"I give it 1 star because it doesn't give me the option of putting 0 to its terrible service, this morning I went to buy hot coffee and at the moment of paying when the cashier looked at the bill ($100) he just nodded his head saying no turning his back on me . I had to ask him if he was going to charge me? Or how much longer would he keep me waiting? He never turned to see me, he just nodded his head, I don't understand why? I didn't get any answer, but with such rude and impolite attitude it is a fact that I will never go back to that store."
"Last night I entered and was told to leave because my service dog didn't have a regular harnesses whuch had been stolen and I made him a temporary one for the Public....It is not the law , no where does it state with Justice civil rights division and with ADA American disabilities act that you must have the harness on...I did show. his ID and he didn't even look at it. He went on that he was the owner and to report him , that he didn't care, before I even begain to debate with him. At the time a customer their question him because he had a service dog, not with him at the time..He was aware if laws..The owner through his rambling metioned he was not owner and was manager and looking out for customers. Well what am I ? I took my dog out and came back to buy what I needed..I should of went somewhere else... Anyways he was still going on and on with the other customer... I never been so insulated for being disabled. Although. A few days ago I was treated unfairly by a security guard. This topped the cake!!! The only requires a business to ask two questions, (1) Is this a service dog? (2) What tasks does he perform? They can't even ask for ID for Animal.. Im very understanding with people's questions I just don't like when Im made to feel less than because of my disability. He kept stateing he has a sign outside, every business has a sign. He just was very rude and unprofessional to work with the public in such a domiemer. #SinT I see I am not the 1st. I can only imagine how many others....."
