"Used to be an okay place. Older lady with glasses and short Indian guy are the absolute rudest/worst I have dealt with at a 7Eleven save for the one guy in Carson off Figueroa and 228th. I hate coming here to find them on shift. May just resort to not stopping here anymore when they are on shift. Too many homeless and panhandlers hang here. Smaller 7Eleven store, and barely enough room to park."
"I am everyday customer, is a really convenient store for all my needs. But, when you see an employee called Mon? RUN! She is terrible, bad employee and bad co-worker sorry for her Employer"
"Not open 24 hours. A few times I've wanted to stop here very early morning (4:00) and it's not open. Don't say 24/7 if you aren't open all hours."
"5 stars with some constructive feedback. First if all, I live within 1 block from this location and go there daily, sometimes several visits a day. It is well stocked, nice variety of groceries besides the candy. snacks & sodas. Prices are decent; not as low like Food 4 Less but less than Rite Aid, Walgreens, ect. Coffee station is well maintained and always a great grab & go food selection available. You can order a whole pizza freshly made and it's the best. Amenities include ATMS, Amazon pickup lockers and Lotto tickets; all of which I use. My only constructive feedback is if they can curb the loitering transients outside. For the most part, I never had any problem with them and have always given them money or product everything I see them which is every single day I visit. I think having them camp out at the entrance is an inconvenience to patrons in all fairness. I'm understanding of their situation and realize they have a hardship but hanging out all day onsite is not a solution to their problems. My favorite thing is 7/11 rewards and they have the best rewards program of any of the stores I visit. Points never expire, points accumulate fast and actually do save noticeable cash. I got a free pizza to go once and got $2 to $4 dollars off many purchases and some purchases free. Employees seem caring and have been there awhile. I've been going to this location now since 2020 daily, rarely missing a day. I don't really know who is Management or Owner as they don't really introduce thememselves at least not to me and I cant comment too much on them. Although once in the past I was overcharged a few dollars and brought it to the owners a ts tention by note given to employee. I waited week or so for any feedback and had to ask again but was told that the owner didn't 'think' I was overcharged despite a receipt clearly showing this. But it was only a few dollars and to pursue this would just waste my time. I thought higher of the ownership but was disappointed. The employees are great and once I forgot my wallet there and went back and the employee had it on safekeeping for me. Parking is relatively good, gets tight at times. Overall safety is good cause LBPD are frequent customers and often police cruisers are onsite. This location is a few blocks walk to the beach and along 2 major bus lines, 1 on each cross street. That's all I can say about this 7/11."
"I'm a grown man and I feel quite unsafe walking into or walking by this place. If you're a store mostly selling sugar and alcohol to people it's helpful to put some effort into keeping the sidewalks clean and safe. I'm sure it doesn't help that the city doesn't enforce loitering but I'm responsible for the area around my own business too."
