"Horrible. Wet, cold, no seating if you come early or dry accommodations from the rain! I froze, and I had to beg for a chair as I waited 3 hours in the rain under an open-air tent top waiting area. (50 degrees that day, too, in LA). Then we waited another 2 hours inside the port, waiting to board the ship. Possibly, our first and last embarking from this port. To be fair, I will say that there was one super cheerful employee who was nice enough to bring this 70 year old woman with osteoarthritis a chair out to the wet, cold tent covered line waiting area... God bless him!"
"That was norwegian bliss and an awesome and amazing time! Proposed to my gf on the ship also! Great spot on the back. Good food, good casino best first cruise ever!"
"Pros: easy to get to and convenient. Con: we arrived early and avoided this mess, but the port employees required later passengers to queue outside in a pouring rain for upwards of an hour. There were some ANGRY passengers, but it was the port people and not Princess who caused this."
"New career centers fairly convenient. There's Apple parking at $18 a day. Our last visit was a little chaotic I do mostly to the strict covid-19 mask and requirements. A little chaotic not enough TSA checkers so the line board the ship was lengthy."
