"Asked to jump my battery and guy disappeared in the shop. I waited for half an hour and left. If understaffed let me know or at least TRY to communicate your situation so that i can make my decision or offer any kind of solution to help or just let me be on my way. They could just tell me they CANT or POSSIBLY tjust loan me the battery jumper so I could jump it myself and return their equipment. Don't waste your time asking for any help at this location. I would suggest to communicate at least and not let people waste their time hoping you would come out with the jumper to help. All the best thanks"

"Came in to get new tires done for a Tesla I got from Hertz. The whole process was smooth and the service advisor Damon was straight to the point and let me know what number to call to get my service expedited through Hertz he even knew the number from the top of his head which was impressive. As soon as I called Hertz Nancy approved the service within 15 minutes. Then came in Enrique with a huge smile and said don’t worry boss you’ll be out in 30 minutes."
