Airport Spectrum LAX Parking

"It was a very smooth process. I booked my reservation through the Spot Hero app and got a great deal. The instructions were very clear. You take a ticket and park your car in the Airport Parking area marked with a red sign. I couldn't find parking on the first three levels, but there were plenty of spots available on level 4. The shuttle arrived just in time to drop me off at LAX. This was all very smooth. Coming back from LAX, I called the operator around 10:51 p.m., and the shuttle arrived around 11:14 p.m. So, I had to wait for about 20 minutes. After the shuttle dropped us off, I followed the instructions, went to the cashier, and exited the building. I gave it 4 stars because I noticed that other parking structures had more frequent shuttles. Specifically, the parking spot one had shuttles coming every 5 minutes. It would be great if they increased the frequency or added more drivers."

"I don’t often write reviews but this calls for an exception. A horrific experience waiting 40 minutes for a shuttle. We called immediately when we got to the pick up area, took 5 calls to connect with someone. “A shuttle will arrive in 1-minute.” Waited 15 and called again, “a shuttle will arrive in 5-minutes”. We see a shuttle drive by as we are waving at them and he just gives me a thumbs up? I call again, finally connect to a human and get told we need to wait an additional 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile we’re waiting with small children that just want to get home. Awful service, never again."

"Fairly easy in and out. The shuttle staff and staff at the structure were helpful and kind, especially Ricardo. The only reason I made it 1 less star is I don’t have a particularly big truck, but I was unaware that the structure had a VERY low ceiling. I never hit the ceiling driving in, but I was about 1/2 inch away from it. Just be aware if you have any sort of lift or rack on the top of your vehicle, you will probably not fit."

"My car was broken into, they stole property, idk what they did but AAA couldnt jump it, and tow trucks don't fit in the parking garage. If it wasnt for four people, three from AAA and one good person who helped me, I dont know what would have happened. The people working there were not alarmed, didnt care and told me I parked at my own risk. Every tow truck cancelled except Jose from AAA, he and the others were God sent. It took them 4hrs to get my car out with only manpower. Also note one person who just parked told me he had two cars stolen from that same lot, but that is where his business parks. NEVER park there, ever. See their response below. I used spot hero I was under the impression my car would be safe, apparently you have to pay extra for that privilege."

"Zero stars if that was available. Worst experience ever!! We had to pay for an Uber to not miss our flight after waiting over an hour for the shuttle. On the return flight - the shuttle took an hour before we got picked up. The driver had no seats left. Luggage all over the floor people standing around the luggage risking getting injured (see pics). The driver said he was the only shuttle working due to a shift change. Very Rude and said “it is what it is”. This company needs to shut down !! Never again!"
