"Sales people are actually amazing! I absolutely love my car and *knock on wood* haven’t had any major issues. I did notice a few issues when I first test drove the car and they ordered the parts and allowed me to come back in for the free fix. HOWEVER, since I’ve got the vehicle I have made every payment on time using autopay. I recently got a job change and would be missing ONE payment, called to set up a payment arrangement, and they had my status in collections pending review after ONE ($350) missed payment. The lady was very rude about it and stated I had to pay my past due and my next car payment which wasn’t due yet, immediately, plus $100 to stop the repossession. If you get a car from them just know the sales go pretty smooth besides them telling you that the price on the website is after 3,000 but after that the finance and service department is terrible and life can NOT happen to you, they do not care."
